Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-06-27. AI Supermarket is a public, read-only business fact-pack layer for answer engines and ChatGPT/MCP connectors.
What the service does
AI Supermarket publishes source-backed company/entity profiles, shelves, JSON feeds, and MCP tools so assistants can retrieve and cite business facts.
Data we process
- Public business facts: company names, websites, products, markets, categories, evidence URLs, and claim status labels.
- Connector requests: read-only MCP tool inputs such as query text, market, category, and company slug.
- Operational logs: hosting and server logs needed for reliability, abuse prevention, and debugging.
What we do not collect through the current connector
- No account linking or OAuth.
- No payment data.
- No precise location, microphone, camera, or contact-book access.
- No write actions that create, modify, delete, purchase, send, or publish user content.
Use of ChatGPT/MCP inputs
The production MCP endpoint at https://connector.aisupermarket.dev/mcp uses submitted tool arguments only to return matching source-backed fact packs and answer summaries. Do not send secrets or private personal data to the connector.
Retention
Public fact-pack content is retained while the profile or shelf is active. Operational logs may be retained by the hosting provider and project maintainers for reliability and security, then rotated according to infrastructure defaults.
Third parties
The public site may be served by static hosting. The production connector is hosted on Railway. Users may access the connector through ChatGPT or other MCP clients, which are governed by those clients’ own terms and privacy policies.
